How to Register

By September 6, 2024, complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the registration form.

  2. Send the registration fee ($95) directly to Person Memory Interest Group via Zelle (personmemoryconference@gmail.com) or by check to Gordon (111 South 15th Street, Apt. P315, Philadelphia, PA, 19102). The registration fee must be received by September 6, 2024.

  3. Book hotel room by following these steps:

    • Call hotel at (877) 747-5382 or (505) 724-3800 and mention the group code of PMI1024 to receive our group rate

 

  4. By October 1, 2024: Pay for your food and beverages via Zelle or by check mailed to Gordon. You will be billed for this in early September. Payment must be received by October 1, 2024.

Cancellation Policy. Cancellations before September 30, 2024 will be issued a full reimbursement of registration fees. For cancellations after September 30, we make every effort to provide partial or full reimbursement of registration and meal fees. These can only be made after the event occurs.

 

Attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging and cancelling it at least 72 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged by Isleta.
